Simple Eggless Buns

The buns homemade for burger without egg and good for whom has egg alergic, Easy to make and no need to knead long time. Texture smooth and soft.







Ingredients :
  • 500 grs manitoba flour.
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast (25 grs).
  • 4 tbsp olive oil.
  • 100 grs sugar.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 300 mls of warm water.
Instruction :
  1. Dissolves fresh yeast with 50 mls lukewarm water (300 mls of water).
  2. Put into bowl manitoba flour, sugar and salt, mix them.
  3. Pour yeast, mix with flour.
  4. Pour olive oil, mix it.
  5. Pour water the gradually, mix until dough is not sticky to the touch and elastic.
  6. Shape ball, and put into bowl.
  7. Put inside warm oven or cover with wet cloth. Let it the dough within 1 hour and the dough get double size than before.
  8. Knead to less air inside the dough.
  9. Devide the dough 100 grams every pieces or as you like.
  10. Shape balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds. and put on the baking pan. Let it 10 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven 200°C, and bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Without sprinkled with sesames, after mature smeared with  butter or honey.
