Vongole Spaghetti

Our lunch menu with vongole spaghetti with fresh tomato sugo and sprinkle with coriander leaves chopped.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr spaghetti.
  • 200 gr vongole.
  • 3 medium fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced.
  • Coriander leaves as needed, chopped.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Oil to sautè.
Instruction :
  1. Boil spaghetti until soft or al dente.
  2. While wait spaghetti, heat oil on frypan and sautè onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until melt and be sauce. Add salt as needed.
  4. Add vongole and cook until vongole is well done.
  5. Drained spaghetti and mix with tomato sauce until mix well. Let cook for 5 minutes on the medium heat and turn off.
  6. Sprinkle with coriander leaves, mix well. Served on the serving plate.
