
Lazy cook, so I prepared simple food for our dinner. Only with bread, omelet, tempura and mint yogurt sauce.
Ingredients :
- 1 burger bread with diameter 14 cm.
 - 1 whole egg.
 - 1/4 onion, finely chopped.
 - 2 green cayenne chilies, thinly sliced.
 - Coriander leave as needed, finely chopped.
 - A pinch of salt.
 - 1 tsp oil.
 - Shrimps, peeled and let tail of shrimps.
 - 2 tbsp flour.
 - 2 tsp rice flour.
 - A pinch of salt.
 - Mint yogurt sauce.
 - Oil to fry shrimps and omelet.
 
Instruction :
- Prepare omelet with mix egg, onion, chilies, salt and little coriander leaves chopped. Fried with little oil until well done.
 - Mix flour, rice flour, salt and little water to coat shrimps and fried until well done.
 - Pulse yogurt, mint leaves and little salt until smooth and ready to used.
 - Halved burger bread, put omelet, tempura and pour little sauce. Covered with another. Ready to be served.
