Omellet Sandwich with Chili Mayonaisse Sauce

Breakfast with omellet is commonly and breakfast with sandwich is commonly too. So I combined omellet and sandwich with chili mayonaisse. Ready our breakfast menu.

Ingredients :
  • 4 sliced of loaf.
  • 2 eggs.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1/2 mendium onion, roughly chopped.
  • Vegetable oil, as needed.
  • Green cayenne chilies, thinly sliced.
  • Spring onion, thinly sliced.
  • Butter as needed.
  • Chili sauce and mayonaisse as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Heat frypan, pour vegetable oil. Beat egg with onion and salt until mix well.
  2. Add spring onion and green chilies, mix well.
  3. Pour onto frypan and cook egg well done.
  4. Put on the loaf as sandwich.
  5. Smear outter of loaf with butter (up and down surface of the loaf). Grilled with sandwich toaster until golden brown. Set a side.
  6. Mix mayonaisse and chilie sauce. Ready to use with sandwich.
