Stir Fried Artichoke with Chicken Fillet and Champignon


Carciofi is yummy. After ate it, you still felt sweet on your tounge. Before I ever posted about boilied carciofi and garlic butter. Now, I stir fried the carciofi with chicken and mushrooms. Do not forget to add little bird eye chilies.

Ingredients :
  • 4 carciofi, take soft and white petals.
  • 20 gr champignon, thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 chicken breast, thinly sliced.
  • Olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic.
  • 3 bird eye chilies, thinly sliced.
  • A pinch of salt.
Instruction :
  1. Boil carciofi until soft, drained. Cut thinly.
  2. Preheat olive oil, sautè garlic and bird eye chilies until fragrant.
  3. Add salt and chicken, sautè until chicken is pale.
  4. Add champignon and sautè until wilt.
  5. Add carciofi and stir until well. Cook about 10 minutes.
  6. Ready to be served.
