Risotto Primavera with Champignon Mushrooms

Primavera is Spring Season. You  will be easy to find mushroom, specially champignon. Now I cooked Risotto Primavera with minced beef.








Ingredients :
  • 1 cup risotto.
  • 1/2 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced.
  • 1 zucchine, diced.
  • 1 medium potato, diced.
  • 4 champignons, diced.
  • Flavor as needed.
  • 2 1/2 cup water.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
Instruction :
  1. Heat butter, sautè onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add risotto and flavor, sautè with onion and garlic until yellowish.
  3. Add vegetable and mushroom, stir until combine evenly and cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour water and stir until combine evenly. Cook with low flame while stirring occasionally until boil and dries up.
  5. After water dries up and vegetable well done, ready to be served.
