Combination of cacao, palm sugar and ground cinnamon so fantastic aroma. I love it and my kids also. Soft and smooth texture of muffins.
I made for our tea time breakfast, my kids snack box.
- 2 whole eggs.
- 80 gr palm sugar.
- 20 gr sugar.
- 150 gr all purpose flour.
- 50 gr cacao powder.
- 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder.
- 40 gr melt butter / vegetable oil).
- 150 gr fresh milk.
Instruction :
- Preheat oven 180°C
- Whisk eggs with a hand whisk until frothy, add palm sugar and sugar. Stir until sugar melt and combine evenly with eggs.
- Mix flour, cacao, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Added to mixture of egg and stit until combine evenly.
- Added melt butter / vegetable oil, stir until combine evenly.
- Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly and the batter is smooth.
- Prepare muffin mould and put paper cup. Pour the batter into paper cup.
- Baked for 25 minutes or well done.
