Chocolate Muffin with Palm Sugar and Cinnamon

Combination of cacao, palm sugar and ground cinnamon so fantastic aroma. I love it and my kids also.  Soft and smooth texture of muffins.
I made for our tea time breakfast, my kids snack box.

Ingredients :
  • 2 whole eggs.
  • 80 gr palm sugar.
  • 20 gr sugar.
  • 150 gr all purpose flour.
  • 50 gr cacao powder.
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder.
  • 40 gr melt butter / vegetable oil).
  • 150 gr fresh milk.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oven 180°C
  2. Whisk eggs with a hand whisk until frothy, add palm sugar and sugar. Stir until sugar melt and combine evenly with eggs.
  3. Mix flour, cacao, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Added to mixture of egg and stit until combine evenly.
  4. Added melt butter / vegetable oil, stir until combine evenly.
  5. Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly and the batter is smooth.
  6. Prepare muffin mould and put paper cup. Pour the batter into paper cup.
  7. Baked for 25 minutes or well done.
