Kids love soup with mixture of vegetable with diced of breast chicken. For more creamy I poured of creamcheese. Really different taste, so creamy.
- 1 chicken chest, diced.
- 1 carrot, diced.
- 1 zucchine, diced.
- 4 big florets of broccoli, cut of small florets.
- 1 medium size of potato, diced.
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 cm ginger, grated.
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil to sautè.
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.
- 2 tbsp creamcheese.
- A pinch of salt or flavor powder.
- 2 tbsp pastina (small pasta).
- 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced.
- 400 ml water.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil in small or medium pan. Sautè onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Ad pepper, nutmeg and salt or flavor powder, and stir until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir until white.
- Add water and boil until boiled, add all of vegetables and cook until half tender.
- Add pastina and boiled until well cook.
- Turn off flame and add creamcheese, mix until combine evenly.
- Served warm and sprinkle with spring onion.
