Soft Pizza My Style

Margherita Pizza
Request my kids are margherita pizza and tuna onion pizza. But I have made 3 kinds of topping for pizza. Margherita (only tomato sauce and mozzarella), Tuna Onion and Tuna Chicken Sausage. Yummy, I put the sausage on the edge of the pizza. For the dough of base is so soft. My kids love it.

Ingredients :
  • 200 gr bread flour.
  • 200 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 pack dried yeast.
  • 1 egg.
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (I added olive oil).
  • 200 ml fresh milk.
Tuna Chicken Sausage Pizza
Ingredients of Topping :
  • Tomato sauce (I added sugo arrabiata / Hot tomato sauce).
  • Mozzarella.
  • Sausages.
  • 1 tin tuna (8 gr).
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced.

Tuna Onion Pizza
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, egg and vegetable oil. Stir until combine evenly.
  2. Pour fresh milk and knead until smooth and no sticky.
  3. Round up the dough and cover with damp cloth. Let stand for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven 200°C.
  5. Devide the dough 3 parts. Milled the dough until round and give topping. A pizza with topping margherita (only tomato sauce and mozzarella), another pizza with topping tuna onion and another one with topping tuna chicken sausages.
  6. Baked until mature for 20 minutes.
  7. Ready to be served.
