Pancong Cake

How many months ago, I ever made Pancong Pancake, because I made by small frypan for Dorayaki. Now, I made Pancong Cake with original mould. For the recipe is same like before. Only light coconut milk, I changed with Fresh Milk.





Ingredients :
  • 250 gr rice flour.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 250 gr grated coconut.
  • 700 ml fresh milk.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients until combine evenly, except fresh milk.
  2. Pour the fresh milk gradually while stir with whisk hand until combine evenly and smooth, no clot.
  3. Heat the mould of pancong, pour the batter until 3/4 mould. Covered. Cooked until mature.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
