Chocolate Pudding with Rice Crispies

I got the idea when I was making soes / choux pastry stuffed custard. So the pudding with ingredients of custard and make layer with rice crispies. Good for dessert or snack.

Ingredients :
  • 250 ml fresh milk.
  • 30 gr maizena.
  • 1 whole egg, lightly beaten.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp creamcheese.
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Jam.
  • Rice Crisp as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix milk, sugar and maizena. Stir until no clot. Turn on the medium heat and cook until boil.
  2. Add salt, creamcheese, chocolate jam and egg. Stir again until thick.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool in room temperature.
  4. Take a bowl or wine glass. Sprinkle with rice crisp, add chocolate pudding. Repeat again same like before until you get 4 layers.
  5. Give garnish with whipped cream and slice of kiwi.
  6. Ready to be served.
