- 1/2 broiler chicken., cleaned and cut.
- 1/2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 green chili, sliced oblique.
- 1 tbsp red dry chili paste.
- 50 ml tamarind juice.
- Oil for frying.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil. Marinated chicken with garlic and ginger paste and salt. Fry until golden brown and mature. Transfer to plate.
- Saute red dry chili paste and salt until fragrant. Pour tamarind juice, and stir until combine evenly.
- Add fried chicken, and stir until combine evenly. Add green chili, stir and cook until half tender and cook until tamarind juice dries up.
- Ready to be served.
