Prawns Vegetable Couscous

The first I ate the couscous, when Iftar in mosque at my city where I lived. But just now, I cook and eat again the couscous. Turned out to be very easy and a practical. My recommend, if you want the praktical food, try to make couscous.

Ingredients :
  • 250 gr couscous semola oro.
  • 100 ml chicken broth.
  • 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced.
  • 2 green bird eyes chilies, halved.
  • 10 prawns, peeled.
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced.
  • 1 carrot, grated.
  • 1/2 zucchine, thinly sliced.
  • Salt or flavoring as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Ghee, for saute onion.
Instruction :
  1. Melt ghee, saute onion and salt/seasoning until fragrant, wilt and soft.
  2. Add chicken and stir until chicken meat is white, add prawns and stir until reddish.
  3. Add carrot and zucchine and stir until wilt.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer until boiled, add couscous and stir until combine evenly.
  5. Cook with low flame for 5 - 7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  6. After mature, served when hot.
