Pearl and Fruits

Break fasting with pearl and fruits ... nyum ... nyum ... add ice cube...fresh. Wtih mango, apple and pear. Pour fresh milk and brown sugar sauce. Enjoy your break fasting.

Ingredients :
  • 300 ml fresh milk.
  • 1/2 mango, diced.
  • 1/2 apple, diced.
  • 1/2 pear, diced.
  • 50 gr tapioca pearl, simmer until cooked and set aside.
  • 50 gr brown sugar with 100 ml water.
Instruction :
  1. Put all of fruits  into small serving bowl.
  2. Add pearl and fresh milk.
  3. Pour brown sugar sauce and add ice cube.
  4. Ready to be served cold.
