Pancong Pancake

Kue Pancong is a traditional pancake from Indonesia with main ingredient is rice flour and mix with grated coconut. The pancake is not so sweet, we can say little bit savory. I sprinkle with chopped almond. How to make is easy and simple.




Ingredients :
  • 250 gr rice flour.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 250 gr grated coconut.
  • 700 ml thin coconut milk.
  • Chopped almond as needed.
Instruction :

1.   Mix rice flour, salt, sugar, grated coconut until combine evenly.
2. Pour thin coconut milk gradually, while stirring constantly until combine evenly and get the smooth batter.







3. Preheat the pan for pancong pancake, pour the batter, sprinkle with almond and covered until mature.







4. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served as snack or breakfast.
