Grilled Salmon Tomato Spices

You can grill with many kind of fish. But, I grill salmon fish, because we are salmon lovers...lol. We have salmon in freeze already. So to make variation, today the 200th post for my blog, I share for you "Grilled Salmon Tomato Spices".





Ingredients :
  • 1 kg salmon, cleaned.
  • Salt and lime juice as needed.
  • 1 large size tomate, thraw seeds and diced.
  • 10 green cayenne pepper, thinly sliced. You can reduce if you don't like.
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice (1 tsp tamarind and 2 tbsp water).
  • 5 tbsp oil for saute spices.
Puree Spices :
  • 1 medium size onion.
  • 6 cloves garlic.
  • 1 tsp fried shrimps paste.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 4 hazelnuts.
  • 5 green cayenne peppers.
  • 1 tsp salt.
Instruction :

- Pulse all of spices, set a side.
- After the fishes are cleaned, rub with salt and lime juice for less smell of fihs, set a side for 15 minutes.
- Mix tomato, green cayenne, sweet soy sauce, tamarind juice stir until combine evenly.











- Preheat oil and saute puree spices until fragrant. Remove from the flame, and mix the spices with mixture of tomato and stir until combine evenly.






- Wash the fish until clean, drained. Marinated fish with tomato spices, set a side for 1 hours.







- Preheat oven, put fish on the baking tray and insert all of spices into fish belly and surface of fish. Wrapped with aluminium foil.

- Grilled for 30 minutes with temperature 170°C until cooked.
