Eggless Moist White Cupcake

Without egg and mixer, only whisk hand to mix all of ingredients and steaming system. Still moist and soft.








Ingredients :
  • 160 grs all purpose flour.
  • 200 grs sugar.
  • 80 grs powdered milk.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 300 ml fresh milk.
  • 100 ml vegetable oil.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a big bowl.
  2. Pour fresh milk, mix with whisk hand until combine evenly.
  3. Pour vegetable oil, stir until combine evenly.
  4. Preheat steaming pan with high flame until water boiled.
  5. Pour the dough into muffin tray has put paper cup and steamed for 15 minutes or until mature.
  6. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served as snack.
