Fish Casserole

We ate it, when we lunch at my friend's home. It's a second plate, merluzzo fish and give layer with slice cheese and puree tomato. My kids are love so much. Cheesy, sweet and little bit sour. It's simple, easy and quick but so yummy. Italian Fish Casserole.









Ingredients :
  • 6 sliced fillet of Merluzzo.
  • 1 can puree tomato.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Slices of cheese are required.
  • Celery is required, finely chopped.
  • Salt is required.
Instruction :
  1. Stir fry tomato, salt and chopped of garlic until thick, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven 150°C.
  3. Put 3 pieces fillet of fish on the heat-resistant plate, put slices of cheese. Pour puree of tomato and sprinkle of celery. Make second layer with the same composition : fillet fish, slices of cheese and last puree of tomato.
  4. Bake into oven for 30 minutes until fish is cooked.
  5. Ready to be served.
