Eggless Moist Chocolate Cupcake in Bloom

The cupcake without egg, match for who has egg alergy. And to make easy, quick and simple with steming system withour mixer only with whisk hand.







Ingredients :
  • 160 gr all purpose flour.
  • 200 gr palm sugar.
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk.
  • 50 gr cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 300 ml fresh milk.
  • 100 ml vegetable oil.
Instruction :
  1. Mix, flour, milk powder, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, palm sugar and salt.
  2. Pour milk, mix with whisk hand until blended.
  3. Pour vegetable oil, whisk until blended.
  4. Preheat steaming pan with water, until boiled with high heat.
  5. Pour the dough into muffin pan has put paper cup and steamed for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Ready to be served.
