Kaarage Fried Chicken

Kaarage chicken is Japanese Fried Chicken Version. Marinated with garlic, ginger, and light soy sauce. And coat with potato starch before fried. 







Ingredients :
  • 300 grs chicken thighs boneless.
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated.
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 1 tbsp sake (skip)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp potato starch.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.
Instruction :
  1. Put chicken into a bowl, marinated with ginger, garlic, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until combine evenly.
  2. Put into refrigerator for half hour.
  3. Preheat vegetalbe oil to deep fry.
  4. Pour potato starch into a bowl, add chicken and toss to coat evenly every pieces of chicken.
  5. Fry into hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
  6. Transfer into a plate to served.
