Fish Patties Burger

Burger with ham is common. Now I made for my kids. burger with fish patties.









Ingredients :
  • 250 grs fish fillet.
  • 1 loaf without the edge.
  • 3 tbsp fresh milk.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 yolks, lightly beaten.
  • 1 tbsp butter / margarine for suateing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 tspn vegetable oil + 2 tbsp margarine for frying.
Ingredients coat patties :
  • 2 egg whites.
  • 75 grs breadcrumbs.
Suplementary Ingredients :
  • 4 burger buns.
  • 4 sliced cheese.
  • Ketchup.
  • Mayonnaise.
Instruction :
  1. Cut fillet fisn in small and thraw fish fork, mashed. Cut loaf in small and mix with fresh milk, stir unti lsoft.
  2. Add into smooth fish, combine evenly. Add saltm sugar, ground pepper, worcestershire sauce, and yolk, combine evenly.
  3. Heat margarine / butter, stir fry garlic, onion until fragrant. Add into fish batter, combine evenly.
  4. Preheat oil into frypan.
  5. Devide the batter into 4, round up and flat. Dipped in egg white and coat the whole surface with breadcrumbs. Fry patties until mature and golden brown., drained.
  6. Take a burger bun, be split 2. Pour mayonnaise, put fish patties, pour ketchup and put cheese slice, Cover with another up burger buns.
  7. Ready to be served.
