Steamed White Cupcake

I made cupcake with some eggwhite, because I have extra egg white in my freeze. Soft, moist and beautiful cupcake.








Ingredients :
  • 100 gr sugar.
  • 125 gr flour.
  • 100 ml egg whites.
  • 50 ml light coconut milk.
  • 50 ml olive oil.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
Instruction :
  1. Whisk egg whites and salt until half fluffy, add sugar and whisk until fluffy and stiff.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla and pour into egg whites dough gradually and stir gently until blended.
  3. Pour coconut milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour vegetable oil and mix until blended.
  5. Preheat steamed pan.
  6. Pour the dough into muffin tray that have paper cup.
  7. Put into steamed pan until cooked for 15 minutes.
