Honey Roasted Chicken

Who doesn't love roasted chicken. Certainly all love to roasted chicken, especially with seasoning savory, spicy, sweet and sour. Honey Roasted Chicken (Ayam Panggang Madu) is easy how to make. Come on check my recipe.





Ingredients :
  • 1 chicken for roasting.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • 3 cloves of garlic and 2 cm of ginger, mashed.
  • 3 tbsp honey.
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted.
Instruction :
  1. Mix lemon juice, oyster sauce, garlic, hones, ground black pepper, salt and butter.
  2. Marinate chicken with seasoning and put in freeze for 1 hour until seasoning absorb well.
  3. Put on the tray has covered aluminium foil or on the heat resistant tray.
  4. Preheat oven with temperature 180°C and roast chicken for 1 hour.
  5. And occasional rub with seasoning until brownish. Served with salad.
