Black Glutinous with Roasted Coconut

Remember the childhood love eating this meal for breakfast and even bought from a vendor. Now, living abroad, so it should be able to make my own. Tasty and easy to make. Ingredients :
  • 500 grs Black  Glutinours Rice, soaked for 30 minutes, drained
  • 200 ml coconut milk.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Serundeng (roasted coconut).
Instruction : 
  1. Simmer coconut milk with salt until boil.
  2. Add glutinous rice, and cook until coconut absorbed.
  3. Turn off flame, steam glutinuos rice for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Take a transparant plastic as the base, put 1 or 2 tbs glutinous rice, form round.
  5. Do it until glutinous rice finish.
  6. Put glutinous rice on the serundeng and round up.
  7. Ready to be served.
