Shrimps Patties Curry

Bangladesh Food for a side dish. Made of mashed small shrimps and shaped as shrimps patties with coconut soup. I sprinkled sesame seed after toasted.







Ingredients :
  • 300 grs shrimps, cleaned.
  • 1 tbsp besan flour
  • 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 200 ml coconut milk.
  • Green Cayenne Pepper is required ( I put 5 pcs)
  • 1/3 tsp ground turmeric.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 4 cardamoms.
  • 3 cloves.
  • 2 cms cinnamon.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • Salt is required.
  • Oil for frying and sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. After cleaned shrimps, crush. And mix with besan flour.
  2. Heat oil and fry the shrimps batter with form flat round.
  3. Do them until finish, and put it.
  4. Stir fry onion, garlic and green cayenne pepper, until fragrant.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, salt and bay leaves, stir fry unti fragrant.
  6. Pour coconut milk. Simmer until boiled.
  7. Add shrimps patties. Cooked until spieces absorb and fragrant.
  8. Ready to be served as a side dish.
