Crostata always with fruit jam. Now I made Tart Cake with Apple Custard. If you are interest, you should try my recipe. Come on we check out how to make it.
- 350 grs flour.
- 125 grs sugar.
- 125 grs cold butter, diced.
- Salt as needed.
- 1 peel of lemon, grated.
- 2 eggs.
Ingredients of Apple Custard :
- 500 cc fresh milk.
- 60 grs maizena.
- 4 tbsp sugar.
- Salt as needed.
- 3 tbsp apple jam.
- 1 egg.
- Put into bowl flour, sugar, and diced butter, salt, peel lemon grated and egg, knead until smooth.
- Round the dough like a ball, put into bowl and cover with wrap palastic.
- Put into freeze within 30 minutes.
- Mill dough as wide as baking pan 28 cm (diameter).
- Prick the dough into baking pan with fork, but avoid touching the bottom of the pan.
- Preheat oven with temperature 180°C until cooked.Let it cool and now we make apple custard.
Instruction of Apple Custard :
- Beat lightly egg, put a side. Boil liquid milk, sugar and maizena, stirring constantly with low fire until boiled.
- Add salt, apple jam and egg, stir again until evaporated. Remove from fire and pour onto Tart and let it cool.
