Marshmallow Fondant

My homemade Marshmallow Fondant. Yippiiieee, I am success to make it. Not so difficult, only within  10 minutes.

Ingredients :
  • 454 grs Marshmallow (1 pound).
  • 5 - 6 cups refined sugar that has been sifted (639 grams).
  • 2 tbsp cool water.
  • 1 tsp flavouring (vanila or almond extract).
Instruction :
  1. Put a pan with water and marshmallow to melt in a doble boiler and stir occasionaly to mix.
  2. When marshmallow dissolved, leave pan from doble boiler.
  3. Put refined sugar on the table for mix with marshmallow melted until not sticky.
  4. Take plastic wrap and cover marshmallow fondant.
