Pineapple Jam

Pineapple Jam can use for many kind sweet and cookies. I prepared it to make Nastar (Pineapple Tart). Maximum, we made Nastar for Feast (Hari Raya Eid).

Ingredients :
  • 1 pineapple (be sheredded 250 grs).
  • 100 grs sugar.
  • 4 cms cinnamon.
  • 2 pcs cloves.
  • 1 pandan leaf.
Instruction :
  1. Put all of ingredients onto frypan teflon on the fire with medium heat.
  2. Stirring occasionally, until juice of pineapple dried.
