Sautèed Pumpkin with Anchovy

Pumpkin season, now try to experiment with many kind food or sweet with pumpkin. Today, I have begun to cook spicy pumpkin mix anchovy for our lunch.








Ingredients :
  • 300 gr pumpkin, cut thin.
  • 15 gr anchovy, washed and drained.
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced.u
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 green cayenne peppers, oblique sliced.
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil, fry anchovy until golden brown. And add onion, garlic and sautè until fragrant.
  2. Add salt, coriander, cumin and turmeric, sautè until frangrant.
  3. Add the pumpkin and cayenne pepper, stir until combine evenly, cooked until well done with low flame.
