Chocolate Cupcake with Nutella Mascarpone Cream

Chocolate cupcake is so yummy and add nutella mascarpone cream. Be so more yummy.











Ingredients :
  • 120 gr butter.
  • 3 whole eggs.
  • 250 gr sugar.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 40 gr cacao powder.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 1 tsp baking soda.
  • 300 gr flour.
  • 2 tsp lime juice.
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk.
  • Chocolate foodcolor.
Ingredients of Cream :
  • 200 gr Nutella.
  • 250 gr Mascarpone.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oven 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, cacao, vanilla and baking soda.
  3. Whisk egg, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
  4. Add butter and mix until combine evenly.
  5. Add mixture of flour and stir until combine evenly.
  6. Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly.
  7. Add chocolate foodcolor and stir until combine evenly.
  8. Pour the batter into muffin mould with paper cup.
  9. Bake until well done for 25 minute and then let room temperature.
  10. While wait for the cupcake well done, whisk nutella and mascarpone until combine evenly.
  11. After the cupcakes are cool, make hole in the middle of cupcake and spray with nitella mascarpone cream. Then give decoration and garnish with nutella mascarpone cream and uova chocolate egg.
