Breakfast with Loaf Toast and Egg Benedict

Easy and quick breakfast is just loaf and egg benedict. Enough for in the morning.

Ingredients :
  • 2 loafs.
  • Butter as needed.
  • Mozzarella as needed.
  • 4 whole eggs.
  • 2 tbsp vinegar.
  • Water as needed to boile eggs.
Instruction :
  1. Smear a sheet loaf with butter, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Coverd with another loaf.
  2. Grilled with toaster until golden brown and cut to small square.
  3. While wait for loaf in toaster, boil water and a pinch of salt until boiling.
  4. Add vinegar and stir quickly.
  5. Crakc the egg and put into small boil and pour into boil water.
  6. Boiled for 3 minutes. Take slowly and becareful, put on the small square loaf. Ready to be served as breakfast.
