Grilled Catfish with Green Beans and Peas Salad

Many times, if I cooked catfish for me better grill. Because catfish has much fat in skin. If we fry or cook will much oil. If grilled will reduce fat.








Ingredients :
  • 300 gr catfish.
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • Ground chilies as needed.
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • 2 tsp garlic paste.
  • 100 gr green bean, cleaned.
  • 50 gr peas.
  • Salt and vinegar to reduce mucus and fishy smell.
Instruction :
  1. Clean fish with salt and vinegar to reduce mucus and fishy smell. Let stand for 15 minutes, then washed until clean. Drained.
  2. Mix sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, ground chilies, ground pepper and garlic paste, mix well.
  3. Rub fish with spice mix, let stand for 30 minutes while spice absorbed.
  4. Heat oven 200°C and grilled for 45 minutes or well done.
  5. While wait for fish well done, simmer water with salt and oil to boil green beans and peas.
  6. Boil green bean and peas until wil, drained.
  7. Ready to be served grilled catfish with green bean and peas as salad.
