I want to try how to make perfect tortillas with thin ans soft flatbread. A week ago, I had tried to make with strong flour. And I got soft and thin flatbread. Today I have been trying to make tortillas with wheat flour, because we have much wheat flour and I am being to get soft and thin flatbread too
- 3 cup wheat flour.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 pack baking powder + vanilla (25 gr / 3tsp)
- 1/3 olive oil
- 1 cup luke warm milk.
Instruction :
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Pour olive oil and knead until combine evenly.
- Make hole in the middle of flour and pour all of lukewarm milk, knead until smooth and elastis dough.
- Round up and put into bowl. Cover with clean damp cloth for 15 minutes.
- Devide the dough to become small balls.
- Preheat fry pan, flatten the dough as thin as possible with roller pi and bake on the fry pan. After get the black spot and flip to another side.
- Transfer to serving plate or basket.
