Boiled Egg with Sugo

My kids told to make a side dish with sugo, because in their kidergarten when have lunch, they ate some food with sugo. Now, I just try to make boiled eggs with sugo. But, I don't use canned sugo, I use fresh tomato, chopped and deseeded.





Ingredients :
  • 3 - 5 eggs, boiled and peeled.
  • 2 big size tomatoes, chopped and deseeded.
  • 1 medium size onion, sliced thinly.
  • 1 green cayenne chilies.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oil on frypan, stir fry onion and salt until soft and fragrant.
  2. Pour chopped tomatoes and stir fry until liquid.
  3. Add egg and stir fry until water of tomato evaporated, the only remaining sauce.
  4. Transfer to serving plate, give garnish coriander leaves.
  5. Ready to be served as side dish for kids.
