My kids told to make a side dish with sugo, because in their kidergarten when have lunch, they ate some food with sugo. Now, I just try to make boiled eggs with sugo. But, I don't use canned sugo, I use fresh tomato, chopped and deseeded.
- 3 - 5 eggs, boiled and peeled.
 - 2 big size tomatoes, chopped and deseeded.
 - 1 medium size onion, sliced thinly.
 - 1 green cayenne chilies.
 - 1/2 tsp salt.
 - Oil for sauteing.
 
- Preheat oil on frypan, stir fry onion and salt until soft and fragrant.
 - Pour chopped tomatoes and stir fry until liquid.
 - Add egg and stir fry until water of tomato evaporated, the only remaining sauce.
 - Transfer to serving plate, give garnish coriander leaves.
 - Ready to be served as side dish for kids.
