Beef Steak, Fried Rice and Green Beans Salad

Lately, my hubby loves to eat beef steak. For him, two slices of wide meat. And today, I vary with sausage fried rice and boiled green beans salad. I love to eat the boiled green beans salad with the olive oil.






Ingredients Beef Steak :
  • 4 slices beef steak.
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper.
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp lime juice.
  • A pinch of rosmarino.
  • A pinch of origano
  • Olive oil for grill.
Instruction :
  1. Put salt, ground black pepper, lime juice, rosmarino and origano in the big bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinated beed and set a side for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill pan, put beef and pour with little olive oil. Grill until nothing blood and fluid lymph out.
  4. Ready to be served.
Ingredients Green Beans Salad :
  • 50 grs green beans
  • Water as needed for boil.
  • Salt is required.
  • Olive oil as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Simmer water and salt until boil.
  2. Add green bean, and boil until tender.
  3. Transfer to serving plate and pour little olive oil, mix well.
Ingredients Sausage Fried Rice :
  • 2 plates white rice.
  • Vegetable such as carrot, zucchine, sliced thin.
  • Chicken sausage as needed, cut match stick.
  • 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 3 green cayenne peppers, chopped.
  • Salt is required.
  • Butter for frying.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oil, stir fry onion, garlic, cayenne pepper and salt until fragrant.
  2. Add vegetable and sausage, stir fry until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add rice, and stir until combine evenly for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to serving plate. Ready to be served with beef steak and boiled green bean salad.
