Porridge Pudding

Bubur Sumsum or Porridge Pudding is made of rice flour, milk or coconut milk, palm sugar for sauce. It is a traditional dessert or snack from Indonesia.







Ingredients :
  • 100 grs rice flour.
  • 600 ml of fresh milk.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 pandan leaf, binded.
Ingredients of palm sugar sauce :
  • 100 grs palm sugar.
  • 200 ml water.
  • 1 pandan leaf, binded.
Instruction :
Palm Sugar Sauce :
  1. Mix palm sugar, water and pandan leaf.
  2. Boil until boiled and palm sugar melt. Let it cool.
Porridge Pudding :
  1. Mix rice flour, fresh milk and salt until no clot. Add pandan leaf ,
  2. Cook until well done and thick. Let it cool.
  3. Served with palm sugar sauce.
