Fried Loaf Egg (Breakfast)

One of our favorite breakfast besides paratha, roti chapati, brioche and other kind. Because simple, easy and quick to be served.







Ingredients :
  • 1 egg.
  • 5-6 slices loaf.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • 4 tbsp oil for fry.
Instruction :
  1. Beat lightly egg, add sugar and mix until sugar melt.
  2. Preheat oil to fry.
  3. After oil ready, take one slice of loaf and put on the egg up and down, than put on fry pan.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove from frypan and ready to be served for breakfast.
