Beefsteak Sandwich

Beefsteak sandwich with grated carrot, mayonaisse and ketchup for lunch or dinner. To make beefsteak, I use calf. Tender meat and my kids easyly bite and chew.







Ingredients :
  • 1 slice beefsteak.
  • 2 slices loaf.
  • 10 grs grated carrot.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Ketchup.
  • Salt is required.
  • Ground pepper is required.
  • Lemon juice is required.
  • Rosmarino.
Instruction :
  1. Marinate beefsteak with salt, ground pepper, lemon juice, rosmarino.
  2. Put  beefsteack on the pan with little oil, until no blood and only clear water.
  3. Take 1 slice loaf put on the plate and put mayonnaise, beefsteak, grated carrot, and ketchup.
  4. Put another slice loaf. Cut triangle.
  5. Ready to be served.
