Fruits Pizza (My Favorite Pizza)

As I've posted before, base of the pizza is Magherita Pizza which only consists of pizza bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella. Additional topping according to our tastes. Pizza with pineapple is my favorite. Incidentally summer and a lot o fruits, then I made a pizza with a topping of pineapple slices that have been boiled and fresh cherry halved and removes seeds. Then bake until cooked. Mamma mia, delicious.

Ingredients :
  • 400 grs strong flour.
  • 1 pack of dried yeast or 1 pack fresh yeast.
  • 4 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • 1 full tsp salt.
  • Water as needed.
Topping :
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Mozzarella
  • Pineapple, thinly sliced.
  • Cherries, thinly sliced
Instruction :
  1. Put fresh yeast or dried yeast in small bowl, pour a little warm water. Stir until the yeast is mixed with water.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl, with sugar, salt, yeast and mix well.
  3. Add olive oil, mix well.
  4. Pour water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  5. Put the dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in volume (about 1 hour).
  6. Devide the dough  3 pieces. Take 1 pieces and rolled until thin.
  7. Put onto large round baking trays. 
  8. Spread tomato sauce and sprinkel pineapple, cherries and mozzarella, .
  9. Bake with temperature 180°C until mature.
