Black Pepper Fried Chicken

I want to change menu how to cook chicken. Actually, I cooked for my family with chicken menu are curry, sweet stew, normal fried, and I ever cooked fried chicken with shredded coconut. Today I cooked black pepper fried chicken. Yummy for your tummy.




Ingredients :
  • 600 grs chicken, cleaned.
  • 2 tbsp lime juice.
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1 1/2 cm ginger, roughly chopped.
  • 2 tspoons ground black pepper.
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • Salt as needed.
  • Oil for frying.
Instruction :
  1. Clean chicken and rub with lime juice and salt. Let it 10 minutes.
  2. Fry chicken until golden brown.
  3. Saute onion, garlic and ginger, until fragrant.
  4. Add ground black pepper, stir briefly.
  5. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir briefly.
  6. Add fried chicken, cook until spices to infuse. Ready to be served.
