Biscuit Pudding Milk Sauce

I have extra biscuits, nobody want to eat them. So better, I make a pudding for our tea time. Because now, summer season. Good, if we eat some cold snack.







Ingredients of Pudding :
  • 250 grs biscuit, mashed.
  • 3 eggs, light beaten.
  • 4 tbsp sugar.
  • 400 ml liquid milk.
Ingredients of Sauce :
  • 250 ml fresh milk.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 egg, light beaten.
  • 1 tbsp maizena.
Instruction of Pudding :
  1. Pour mashed biscuits into bowl, add sugar and mix light beaten egg, until blended.
  2. Pour fresh milk gradually and stirring constantly.
  3. Pout into baking tray has been covered with baking paper.
  4. Preheat oven with temperature 180°C, bake until cooked and color brown. Let it cool.
Instruction of Sauce :
  1. Pour fresh milk and sugar into pan, boil with low fire until boiled.
  2. Whisk egg light and add maizena, mix until blended and no clot.
  3. Pour into simmering liquid milk, stirring until slightly thickened. Serve cold.
