I have extra biscuits, nobody want to eat them. So better, I make a pudding for our tea time. Because now, summer season. Good, if we eat some cold snack.
- 250 grs biscuit, mashed.
- 3 eggs, light beaten.
- 4 tbsp sugar.
- 400 ml liquid milk.
Ingredients of Sauce :
- 250 ml fresh milk.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 1 egg, light beaten.
- 1 tbsp maizena.
Instruction of Pudding :
- Pour mashed biscuits into bowl, add sugar and mix light beaten egg, until blended.
- Pour fresh milk gradually and stirring constantly.
- Pout into baking tray has been covered with baking paper.
- Preheat oven with temperature 180°C, bake until cooked and color brown. Let it cool.
Instruction of Sauce :
- Pour fresh milk and sugar into pan, boil with low fire until boiled.
- Whisk egg light and add maizena, mix until blended and no clot.
- Pour into simmering liquid milk, stirring until slightly thickened. Serve cold.
