Beef Tripe Fried Rice Semarang

In refrigerator, I have beef tripe. So, I cooked Beef Tripe Fried Rice Semarang. Famous Fried Rice in Semarang (Central Java - Indonesia). I cooked with sprout and onion, originaly with red cabbage. Now, what's ingredients and how to prepare.

Ingredients :
  • 100 grs beef tripe, cut small and boil until tender.
  • 1 plate of cold rice.
  • 50 grs sprout.
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly.
  • 2 tbsp butter.
  • 1 scrambled eggs.
  • A pinch of salt.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat butter with onion, sprout and salt until onion soft.
  2. Add beef stomach, stir fry until dried water.
  3. Add rice, stir until blended, pour scrambled eggs, mix until blended and cooked.
  4. Ready to be served.
