Stir Fry Vegetables Risoles

Today in the morning, I had breakfast with Risoles Stir Fry Vegetable and a mug of hot tea. How to make Risoles, you can get recipe from here. Now, I will share how to cook stir fry vegetable.






Ingredients :
  • 1/2 onion medium, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 2 carrots, grated.
  • 2 medium potatoes, grated.
  • 50 grs long bean, thinly sliced.
  • 75 grs peas.
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • Oil for stir fry.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil, stir fry onion and garlic, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and salt, until fragrant.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes and long beans, cook until all of vegetable soft. Let it cool.
  3. Take a sheet of risoles peel, put on the plate.
  4. Take a half of tablespoon of stir fry vegetable and put in central of risoles skin. Fold down to central, right and left to central. Then roll.
  5. Do it until skin and filling stir fry of vegetable finish.
