Mung Bean Smoothie

Now beginning hot and welcome spring. I want to drink some smoothie. Today, I make Mung Bean Smoothie with Sweet Condensed Milk. It is my favorite smoothie.

Ingredients :
  • 150 gr mung beans.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 pandan leaf, cut 2 part and bind it.
  • 500 ml water.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Instruction :
  1. Boil mung beans, sugar, pandan leaf with 500 ml water until soft.
  2. When soft, set aside and let it cool.
  3. Pulse into food processor.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and pour sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Ready to be served.
