Potato Chicken Patties

Potato Chicken Patties consists of fried potatoes mashed, minced of chicken meat, parsley. They can eat as snack or as a side dish. In Indonesia, we mix with Corned Beef or Corn or Fish.

Ingredients :
  • 500 grs potatoes, peel the skin. Wash and 1 cm thick slices.
  • 50 grs minced chicken meat.
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Parsley as needed.
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • Egg white as needed.
  • Oil for frying.
Instruction :
  1. Put frypan and oil on the fire, put sliced potatoes onto frypan and fry until brown. Mash potatoes.
  2. Puree onion, garlic, nutmeg powder, pepper powder, egg and chicken.
  3. Mix all of ingredients that have been refined with mash potatoes until knead and sticky in hand.
  4. And shape flat around.
  5. Heat frypan and oil, put patties onto egg white then fry onto frypan until brownish.
