Pancake

Pancake is cake that use small frypan. Simple but delicious dish. And very tasty when are served warm. For toping, you can use syrup, ice cream, cheese. We eat pancake with a sprinkling of grated cheese.





Ingredients :
  • 100 grs flour.
  • 50 grs sugar.
  • 250 mls fresh milk.
  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Instruction :
  1. Put into bowl flour, egg, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  2. Stir and pour fresh milk.
  3. Stir until smooth and blended.
  4. Heat small frypan on the fire, use ladle to pour dough onto frypan.
  5. Cover the frypan until the dough is cooked.
  6. Remove to another side and let it until color brown.
  7. Remove from frypan and put on the plate.
  8. Do it until dough finish.
